Base Access Coordinator

The Base Access Coordinator(s) oversees the approval of base access to all invited Vendors in a timely manner.

Applicants must possess strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, mail merge skills, and be trained in Google docs.  Applicants must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.  The Base Access Coordinator(s) will communicate courteously with vendors by telephone, email, and face-to-face. If unable to rectify an issue, the Vendor and Operations Director will help to facilitate. Base Access Coordinator(s) also and work Vendor Check-In at the LVIS Gate.

The Base Access Coordinator(s) reports directly to the Vendor and Operations Director. During the Bazaar, the Base Access Coordinator(s) will be on site to provide committee support daily after Vendor check-in is completed.
