Vendor Coordinator(s)

The Vendor Coordinator(s) oversee all Merchandise Vendors.  The Vendor Coordinator(s) are the faces of the Bazaar to the Vendors and must be willing and able to communicate clearly and courteously to all vendor applicants.  Strong organizational skills are a must as the Vendor Coordinator(s) manage the vendor application timeline, vendor selection, and documentation. 

Applicants must possess strong computer skills, especially Google Suite, Word, Excel, and mail merge skills.  Applicants must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.  The Vendor Coordinator(s) will communicate courteously with vendors by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.  Preference will be given to those applicants with management experience and to those who speak either German, Italian, French or other European languages. Much, but not all, of the work can be done from home.

During the Bazaar, the Vendor Coordinator(s) will be on site to interact with vendors and provide committee support daily.

The Vendor Coordinator(s) report directly to the Operations Director before, during, and after Bazaar Operations.
